In this role, you will work alongside other trained professionals in an office and field setting, performing drug and alcohol testing in compliance with federal regulations while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and exceptional client service.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct drug and alcohol testing for:Federally regulated (DOT) and non-regulated companiesSchools and court-ordered programsCollect DNA samples for paternity, forensic, and other testing servicesTravel to client sites for on-site collections (variable hours)Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to after-hours/emergency testing (premium pay included)Maintain strict chain-of-custody procedures for all specimensCalibrate and maintain testing equipmentAccurately document results and prepare detailed reports for clientsMaintain a clean, organized, and sterile work environmentQualificationsPositive attitude with strong professionalismExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interact professionally with clients and donorsBasic computer proficiencyValid driver's license and willingness to travelMust reside within 45 minutes of the home office for on-call responseTraining ProvidedAll employees are certified in DOT urine, breath alcohol, and oral fluid testing (valid for 5 years).About DATCSDATCS is a leading Substance Abuse Program Administrator (TPA) providing comprehensive drug and alcohol testing solutions to federally regulated employers, schools, and organizations nationwide.With a robust network of collection sites, we deliver nationwide coverage , supported by our corporate office in Longview, TX , and DATCS-owned facilities in Tyler, TX; Wichita Falls, TX; and Shreveport/Bossier City, LA .Why Join DATCSIndustry-leading training and certificationOpportunities for travel and field workSupportive, team-oriented environmentCompetitive on-call premium payGrowing company with nationwide reach#J-18808-Ljbffr
