Join Our Team as a Dynamic Physical Therapist Job Description: - Are you a passionate Physical Therapist ready to make a positive impact in the lives of your patients? - We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to assess, plan, evaluate, and implement exceptional care for our diverse patient population, specializing in outpatient therapies. Responsibilities: - Gather crucial data from patient charts and collaborate with other care providers. - Conduct independent assessments for a variety of patients. - Utilize excellent judgment to identify additional needs and request necessary testing. - Interpret results to create relevant, measurable, realistic, and attainable patient goals. - Reassess patient progress regularly in accordance with department and regulatory policies. - Recommend appropriate equipment and engage in discussions with patients and their families. Requirements: - Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred; Bachelor's degree required. - Valid LPT License in the state of Texas (or compact) is mandatory. - BLS certification (American Heart Association only) is required.
