For candidates bringing stronger leadership experience aligned to Band 7 level, there is potential for an immediate Team Leader pathway within the business.What Will You Be Doing?As part of this role, you will be delivering personalised physiotherapy directly within patients' homes across South Warwickshire.You will work with a varied caseload including:Neurological conditionsFalls‑risk patientsElderly rehabilitationOrthopaedic rehabilitationMSK presentationsComplex community rehabilitation needsThe role includes:Delivering patient‑centred physiotherapy within the communityCreating engaging and meaningful rehabilitation programmesManaging and prioritising your own caseloadCompleting high‑quality clinical documentationRegularly reviewing and progressing treatment plansWorking independently whilst remaining closely supported by the wider teamParticipating in ongoing CPD, reflective practice, and clinical discussionsThe client is particularly passionate about clinicians who go beyond simply handing out exercise sheets.
