Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities: Make hourly checks of all hatchers and setters, recording problems and performing minor repairs when possible; Call Maintenance or Management for major repairs; Check setters/hatchers for humidifier leaks, proper turning, and curtain status; Respond to hatchery alarms (turn failures, high/low temperature) and coordinate repairs; Perform security checks of doors and lock exterior doors after hours; Operate auxiliary power unit and electrical panel changes during power failure; Notify Hatchery Manager when power failures occur; Refill and replace wick reservoirs as instructed; Assist with continuous fumigation schedule for hatchers; Tray eggs using repetitive motions; Clean areas as assigned by Sanitation Supervisor
