Job DescriptionJob Description

Overview

This role provides direct support to a business owner overseeing multiple companies, commercial assets, private property, and special projects. The position works closely with leadership to assist with property oversight, operational coordination, administrative support, personal assistance, and project execution.

This is a highly dynamic role with responsibilities that may range from executive support and professional personal assistance to commercial property coordination, vendor follow up, special event support, and assistance with a private farm and hunting preserve.

No two days are the same. The position offers broad exposure to multiple areas of business, property, hospitality, and asset management.

This is not a traditional desk only assistant role. The right person will be comfortable moving between office work, vendor coordination, property visits, errands, event planning, follow up calls, and occasional outdoor or hands on tasks.

The private farm and hunting preserve is approximately one hour from Tyler and will typically require visits about once per week. Some commercial properties and projects are located outside the Tyler area, including the DFW area, which may require travel approximately once per month.

This is a growth oriented role ideal for someone who is highly organized, adaptable, trustworthy, and eager to learn. Over time, this role is expected to expand in responsibility, with corresponding increases in compensation and opportunities for advancement within the organization.
