Job Description Job Description Responsibilities:Schedule/Email:· Carry the culture of Rock Hill.· Manage Lead Pastor's daily schedule and schedule appointments as needed.Reports:· Manage Church Business Meeting files and reportsClerical:· Provide clerical needs for Lead Pastor and Executive Pastor· Manage Lead Pastors correspondence· Maintain personnel files for all employees, set up direct deposit and W4 updates· Maintain employee insurance enrollment and retirement contributions· Set up Vendor files and maintain accuracy, contracts, passwords, invoices· Maintain Point of Contact with vendors and assist with scheduling· Ensure annual W2 and 1099's are processed prior to deadlines· Provide MVR/driver training enrollment and driver list· Prepare materials for Business MeetingsFinancial:· Make weekly deposits and ensure that accounts are reconciled with QuickBooks.· Provide minor financial bookkeeping as needed.· Enter daily expenses into QuickBooks· Enter Payroll for church ministries· Process bank transactions/transfers as directed by Executive Pastor· Process reimbursement checks· Process Vendor payments (i.e. bills)· Manage all credit cards, receipts, and payments· Process donations and assist with Giving Records· Provide monthly bank account and credit card reconciliationsOffice:· Assist with Lord's Supper Supplies· Order Sunday School Curriculum· Maintain Copy Machine Supplies· Answer phones and/or make calls as needed to help resolve any issues that may arise.Committees:· Communicate with Leadership Council regarding upcoming meetings and prepare information for them as needed.· Order supplies for Leadership Council meetings.Additional Duties:· Assist with Next Step class supplies· Assist with Baptisms· Generate and mail out end of year giving statementsOther duties assigned by Lead Pastor.Company Description www.rockhillbc.com Company Description www.rockhillbc.com
