Job Description Job Description Membership RecruiterLocation: Dallas, TXBase Pay-60-70K+CommissionPosition SummaryThe Membership Recruiter is responsible for implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy within an assigned geographic area. This role focuses on building strong relationships with community members, volunteers, schools, local partners, and service providers to increase youth and adult participation.The Recruiter collaborates closely with the membership team to execute marketing and outreach campaigns, generate leads, convert prospects into new members and volunteers, and foster sustainable community partnerships. Success in this role requires a strong customer focus, the ability to meet recruitment goals, and a passion for supporting volunteers and families.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet individual membership goals for youth and adult volunteers in designated areasBuild and cultivate relationships across diverse communities to create inclusive opportunities that honor cultural identitiesDevelop sustainable partnerships with community leaders, school districts, and youth-serving organizationsAdvocate for youth needs within community systems and organizationsConduct outreach, recruitment, and onboarding for troop leaders, mentors, volunteers, and community partnersProvide exceptional internal and external customer service to members, caregivers, volunteers, and staffAssist in placing youth and volunteers into local groups within the assigned geographic areaRespond promptly to inquiries using CRM systems and technology to track communicationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute annual recruitment campaignsManage recruitment budget within assigned territoryAttend Service Unit team meetings and support key recruitment eventsPartner with retention staff and volunteers to execute strategic retention initiativesPerform other duties as assignedQualificationsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in sales, recruitment, community engagement, or nonprofit outreach preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet performance goalsCustomer-service oriented with strong organizational skillsComfortable working independently and as part of a teamProficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft OfficeAdditional RequirementsMust be able to travel within assigned geographic areas and service centersReliable transportation requiredValid driver's license and ability to meet driving record and insurance requirementsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young peopleCollaborative and mission-driven cultureProfessional growth and development opportunitiesDynamic work environment with community engagementCompany Description All About Personnel was founded with the goal of providing high quality management consulting, and staffing services to small, medium, and large sized companies.
