This is anexceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment whereyou will handle complex litigation matters, manage case files, andrepresent clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 5+ years of experience in litigation, with a focus on hearingand trial preparation.Responsibilities:As a PermanentLitigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include:1. Representing clients in court and beforegovernment agencies.2. Selecting jurors, arguingmotions, meeting with judges, and questioning witnesses during thecourse of a trial.3. Studying and interpreting laws,rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. 4. Presenting and summarizing cases to judges andjuries.5. Preparing legal briefs and opinions, andfiling appeals in state and federal courts of appeal.6.Analyzing the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legalprecedents.7. Evaluating findings and developingstrategies and arguments in preparation for presentation ofcases.8. Gathering evidence to formulate defense or toinitiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients andwitnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.9.Negotiating settlements of civil disputes.10.Supervising legal assistants and junior attorneys, and managingrelationships with clients.Qualifications:To be considered forthe Litigation Attorney role, you should have the following:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited lawschool.2. A license to practice law in the state ofTX.3. A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience,with a strong understanding of hearing and trial preparation. 4. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with theability to communicate effectively with clients, judges, andjuries.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to handle complex legal issues.6.Experience in managing multiple cases and the ability to work underpressure.7. Proficiency in legal research andwriting.8. A high degree of professional ethics andintegrity.9. Excellent negotiation skills. 10.
