Title: Manufacturing Engineering Manager

Location: Tyler, TX 75701

Expected Duration: Full time - FTE

Salary: $91,000 to $130,000 Per Year

Summary:

Seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and tooling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will drive process optimization, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and capital projects while supporting safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling teams.
• Manage manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and process improvements.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime.
• Drive lean manufacturing, TPM, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead capital projects, equipment installations, and new product introductions.
• Manage tooling and die operations.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Track KPIs including OEE, downtime, and project performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Partner with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 7–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of process optimization, maintenance, tooling, and project management.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, CAD tools (SolidWorks/AutoCAD), and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
