A company is looking for a Manager, Global Reverse Logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end reverse logistics operations globally across D2C and B2B channelsDefine and optimize disposition logic and refurbishment workflows to maximize recovery valueManage global 3PL partners and drive cost and cycle time improvements through transportation strategyRequired Qualifications5-8+ years of experience in reverse logistics, supply chain, or operations, preferably in consumer hardwareExperience managing 3PLs and external partners in a global environmentDemonstrated ability to improve cost, quality, and speed in logistics or returns operationsExperience with B2B returns and credit/reconciliation processes within ERP systemsData-driven with the ability to define metrics and analyze performance
