A company is looking for a Territory Manager to supervise and direct investigative field staff within a dedicated territory.Key ResponsibilitiesReview new assignments and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)Conduct quality control reviews of investigative work and monitor team performanceManage payroll, expenses, and staffing needs while communicating effectively with clients and staffRequired QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in the investigative industryBachelor's degree or 2 years of relevant experience in investigation, auditing, or law enforcementExperience as a "Covering" Case Manager is highly preferableAbility to work nights and weekends as neededExperience with staff performance evaluation and recruitment processes
