A company is looking for an Outreach & Enrollment Coordinator Supervisor to lead and support a team focused on member engagement and enrollment in behavioral health programs.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coach a team of 8-12 Outreach & Enrollment Coordinators to achieve enrollment targetsMonitor key performance metrics and provide feedback on call quality and conversion strategiesFacilitate team meetings and training sessions to enhance team motivation and performanceRequired Qualifications:Three years of experience managing a team in a call center, behavioral health, or customer service settingPrior experience in a role focused on high-volume outreach and member engagementProven sales experience with the ability to persuade and handle objectionsStrong track record of meeting performance targets related to call volume and enrollmentsExperience in coaching or mentoring team members in a supportive manner
