A company is looking for a Design Engineer II - Optical.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign planning, record creation, and order fulfillment of products with a focus on growth productsCollaborate with Service Activation and Field Technicians to resolve issues during pre-build and customer turn-up activitiesReview orders for technical correctness and maintain customer commitments and deadlines in the databaseRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent education and experienceMinimum of three years in telecommunications and/or data networking; 2+ years in design engineering preferredIntermediate knowledge of data networking and telecommunications, including bandwidth and servicesWorking knowledge of routers and data hardwareExperience with Microsoft Office and project management software
