A company is looking for an ITSM Architect to design, enhance, and support its IT Service Management platform.Key Responsibilities:Design and support the ITSM platform, including backup for HR Case and Incident business objectsManage and enhance Knowledge Management solutions and integrationsDocument workflows and processes, and support Change Management processesRequired Qualifications:Experience with ITSM/ESM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)Experience in designing or configuring business objects and workflowsAbility to document processes and translate business requirements into technical solutionsExperience managing Knowledge Management SolutionsDemonstrated ability to work in a respectful and professional environment
