A company is looking for a Platform Engineer I to manage and optimize their HubSpot instance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the architecture and health of the HubSpot platform, ensuring reliability and scalabilityDesign and maintain workflows, automation sequences, and data governance standardsBuild and maintain integrations between HubSpot and other systems while troubleshooting issuesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Computer Science or related field preferred2-4+ years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub required)Proven ability to implement HubSpot and connect marketing, sales, and data systemsStrong understanding of marketing automation and lead management processesWorking knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
