A company is looking for a Senior Health & Safety Training Specialist, Global.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive Health & Safety training strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirementsOversee the delivery of EH&S training programs and evaluate their effectiveness through data analytics and feedbackDesign and facilitate engaging training content, ensuring compliance with global standards and best practicesRequired Qualifications7-10 years of health and safety or L&D training experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic program management roleBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, Learning and Development, or a related disciplineProven experience in building comprehensive safety training programs in compliance with regulationsStrong instructional design background with the ability to create impactful learning experiencesExperience in a multinational corporate environment is preferred
