Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Door to Door Sales Representative. Responsibilities include approaching potential customers to explain and promote Guardian Roofing Pros' products and services, answering inquiries, and addressing client concerns. The representative will also identify prospective customers, provide customized roofing solutions, maintain strong customer relationships, and meet or exceed sales targets. Training and guidance will be provided to ensure success in this role. Flexibility and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively
• Prior experience or aptitude in Sales with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets
• Skills in Training and mentoring others are a plus
• Sales Management abilities and leadership traits are highly desirable
• Familiarity with or a background in the Beauty Industry is beneficial but not required
• Proactive mindset, self-motivation, and detail-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently while being a team player
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
