What You'll Do

• Seek out potential healthcare candidates using our innovative platform paired with your network
• Reach out to interested candidates to present MLR opportunities and assess their enthusiasm
• Schedule appointments between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth evaluations
• Follow up with leads to nurture their interest and assist in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and successful hires stemming from your leads

What You Need to Succeed

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• A self-driven and proactive approach you are in charge of your day's agenda
• A passion for outreach, building connections, and assisting individuals in advancing their careers

How You'll Be Compensated

This is a commission-based opportunity that focuses on performance. This means your earning potential is limitless, paving the way for your success.

Your compensation will be based on tangible value created:

• Commission for each qualified meeting you set up
• Additional earnings when interviews occur as a result of your outreach
• Commission multiples on new accounts established
• Bonus commission when placements are successfully made that originate from your leads
