Digital Banking Operations Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Digital Banking Operations Analyst to support a wide range of banking operations functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth processing of online banking services for both consumer and businessclients, as well as supporting critical payment and treasury activities.

Job Highlights for the Digital Banking Operations Specialist:

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
• Exposure to multiple banking functions: digital banking, payments, treasury
• Hands-on experience with ACH, wire transfers (domestic & international), and debit card operations
• Opportunity to work cross-functionally with customer service and treasury teams

Key Responsibilities for the Digital Banking Operations Specialist:

• Support online banking platforms for consumer and business accounts
• Process and monitor wire transfers (domestic and international)
• Handle ACH transactions, including verification and issue resolution
• Provide customer support via phone, assisting with banking inquiries and issues
• Assist with debit card operations, including maintenance and troubleshooting
• Support treasury onboarding for new business clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Identify and escalate operational issues as needed
