Your responsibilities include utilizing our innovative platform along with your existing network to source potential healthcare candidates, introducing MLR's opportunities to prospective candidates and assessing their interest level, scheduling appointments for candidates with our recruiters, maintaining ongoing communication with leads to keep their interest alive throughout the hiring process, ensuring accurate and current records are maintained in our applicant tracking system, and earning commissions based on scheduled meetings, interviews, and hires generated from your leads.
