Responsibilities typically include:Speaking with clients by phone to provide information and answer questionsContacting members who have requested appointments or additional detailsScheduling and conducting virtual presentations explaining available optionsAssisting clients with applications and necessary documentationUsing computer systems to organize client records and follow-upsEnsuring accuracy and quality when handling forms and informationParticipating in ongoing training and development opportunitiesWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people and has strong communication abilities.
