A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Government Pricing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide managerial oversight for pricing analysts and establish workload prioritization and quality standardsLead the development and maintenance of Medicaid FFS pricing models and collaborate on compliant pricing strategiesOversee the production and integrity of MAC, SMAC, and 340B pricing files, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Health Policy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in Medicaid pricing, PBM analytics, drug economics, or healthcare financial analysis5+ years of experience leading and managing analytical teamsDemonstrated experience with Medicaid fee for service programs and drug reimbursement methodologies
