A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).Key Responsibilities:Own Workday functional architecture and configuration, serving as a subject matter expert across all Workday modulesLead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Workday systemDesign advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support executive decision-making and operational metricsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modulesExperience with cross-functional Workday administration, including security configuration and reporting architectureProven experience managing Workday release cycles, including testing and validationStrong understanding of HR operations, processes, and applicable compliance requirements
