A company is looking for a Proposal Supervisor - Renewables.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Renewable Proposal Team, overseeing proposal execution from kickoff through submissionFacilitate proposal meetings, manage team workload, and ensure adherence to proposal standardsDevelop and refine proposals, collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Communications, Technology, or a related field (Associate's degree considered)Minimum 7 years of experience in the Renewable and/or Power industries, with at least 5 years in proposal developmentProven experience in developing effective proposals and identifying technical scopes of workStrong business acumen in project management, proposals, or engineeringProficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
