A company is looking for a Staff Full Spectrum Cyber AI Researcher.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, prototype, and evaluate multi-agent architectures and translate successful patterns into reusable libraries/servicesCreate deployment automation for agentic services and build secure agent-to-tool integrations using open connectivity standardsDebug and refine AI-driven workflows, ensuring generalization and building observability-first agent systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, applied R&D, or related fieldsProven hands-on delivery of prototypes and automation toolsStrong development skills with experience in building LLM-enabled systems and multi-agent workflowsPractical experience with Kubernetes and modern deployment/IaC practices such as TerraformMust be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
