A company is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to develop deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity prediction.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, train, and iterate on deep learning models for TCR-pMHC specificity predictionUtilize scalable training infrastructure forlarge-scale model development and experimentationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure models are robust and aligned with product goalsRequired QualificationsPhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Computer Science) + 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experienceProgressive experience in developing and deploying deep learning methodsStrong hands-on experience in Python and modern ML tooling (PyTorch preferred)Experience working with large datasets and high-performance computing environmentsAbility to independently define and execute complex technical research problems
