A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, design, develop, and maintain instructional content for web-based and instructor-led coursesConduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training requirements and instructional strategiesDevelop course design documents, storyboards, and assessments, while evaluating products for instructional effectivenessRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited universityMinimum of five (5) years of experience in Instructional Systems Design and developing training programsCurrent Top Secret Security clearance with SCI eligibilityExperience designing training in Insider Threat, Counterintelligence, Law Enforcement, and/or Personnel SecurityKnowledge of research and analytical techniques in security and counterintelligence analysis
