And DUTIES - Assist with Housing and Residential Life & Housing furniture and equipment deliveries. Move large items or furniture within and around campus. Repair residential furniture and perform painting and minor maintenance of walls, doors, and other interior and exterior surfaces to prepare units for student move-in. Assist with camps, guests, and conference facility preparation. Tracking and maintenance of Housing furniture inventory. Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality at all scheduled work shifts, meetings, and trainings. Abide by Residential Life & Housing, Student Code, and other college policies, conditions, and guidelines. Create positive relationships with residents and other TJC staff members.
