Job Summary:
GTT is seeking a highly motivated Aerospace Engineering Recruiter to support the recruitment of technical talent across aerospace programs. The Recruiter position will afford you the opportunity to control your bottom-line based on work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit across multiple open requisitions for aerospace engineering roles
Develop recruiting strategies based on analyzing client requirements
Source, identify, and engage candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, and referrals
Prepare candidates for interviews and manage the interview process end-to-end
Negotiate compensation, rates, and offers in alignment with client expectations
Track recruiting activity, pipeline and metrics within Jobdiva
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Required Experience:
1 year of experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles within aerospace
Required Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to ever-changing needs
Strong understanding of aerospace engineering disciplines and terminology
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal) including a strong and engaging phone presence
