The Andrews Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Adult Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll walk alongside adults living with mental health and substance use challenges, helping them overcome barriers and build a life of stability and independence.

What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one and in small groups to support recovery and life goals
• Connect individuals to community resources, housing, and employment supports
• Encourage hope, responsibility, and self-advocacy through education and empowerment
• Coordinate care and collaborate with a network of service providers
• Help clients strengthen daily living skills and improve their quality of life

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (required and must accompany application)
• Experience in mental health or substance use services (preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A passion for helping others and serving your community
