Sanderson Farms - - Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines, including cleaning, oiling, lubricating, changing belts machinery as necessary to ensure machines are in optimal working condition; Identify root cause of unexpected breakdowns of machines; repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime for machine; Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts, ordering and installing replacement parts for machines as needed; Prepare reports documenting work performed; Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance on machines
