The Salvation Army (Southern) - - Responsibilities: Preps and serves nutritional meals and snacks in accordance with established guidelines and schedules; Cleans kitchen facilities, equipment, and appliances; maintains inventory of kitchen supplies and food in a neat and orderly manner; Cleans tables, chairs, floors, dishes, utensils, and kitchen appliances, and maintains a high degree of cleanliness in the kitchen and dining room.; Washes, dries, and stores pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, and utensils, sweeps and mops the kitchen and vacuum dining room floors.; Open the kitchen, turn on the dishwasher, fill the sink with water, set up cereal, arrange bowls, refill the milk machine, make coffee, prepare and stock condiments, and make sure the dining room is ready for every meal.
