What Youll Do

• Prepare and Cook with Care: Assemble and prepare menu items such as sandwiches, pastas, and sauted dishes, following La Madeleines recipes and standards for taste, portion, and presentation.


• Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented.


• Deliver Great Service: Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations.


• Follow Food Safety Standards: Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling.


• Stay Organized: Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift.


• Support the Team: Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional duties as needed to keep service flowing.

What Youll Bring

• Passion for great food and guest satisfaction


• Basic culinary or kitchen experience preferred (well train the right candidate)


• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment


• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills


• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights


• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

This position operates in a restaurant environment. Team members are frequently exposed to hot equipment, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels. The role requires regular standing, bending, lifting, and reaching.
