We are currently seeking a professional, polished Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a well-established local company. This role is an excellent entry point for someone looking to grow within an organization and build a long-term career.

The client prefers to bring this Receptionist on through a temp-to-hire process, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. Pay will depend on experience. Excellent, comprehensive benefits are available upon full-time hire.

Position Highlights:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
Confidently manage a multi-line phone system
Provide professional, friendly service in person and by phone
Perform general administrative duties including data entry, document scanning, and accepting deliveries
Support daily office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred (increases consideration for future advancement within the company)
Strong overall technology and computer skills
Comfortable communicating with a wide range of people
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
