- 2+ year experience in lawn care or chemical application
- Valid Texas Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Knowledge of chemical application regulations and best practices
- Valid driver's license & clean driving record
- Safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required)
