PEMB ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER

This position processes quote requests and provides costs and confirmation of products to the customer. It's a great opportunity to work with a privately held group that takes pride in their work, providing the highest level of quality and service to customers!

The ideal candidate will be team oriented, motivated, well-organized, and dependable with a strong work ethic and superb attention to detail. Successful hires will be deadline driven!

Typical Functions:

• Evaluate bid specifications and drawings
• Provide accurate and timely cost estimates, contracts and supporting documents
• Review design changes and modify quote accordingly
• Communicate with customers and sales team to qualify project expectations

Qualifications:

• Proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and MBS
• Must have the ability to interpret blueprints and bid specifications
• General construction knowledge
• Related Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
