Position Overview
A well-established engineering consulting firm is seeking a creative and experienced Senior Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager for a full-time role in Columbia, SC. The position focuses on leading water/wastewater projects, mentoring technical staff, and fostering client relationships for municipal and utility projects across the region and beyond.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the analysis, design, and management of water and wastewater treatment, collection, and conveyance systems. Leadership, team development, and client engagement are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, planning, and delivery of water/wastewater infrastructure projects
• Manage, mentor, and develop technical staff
• Build and maintain relationships with municipal and utility clients
• Support business development and proposal initiatives
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders
• Participate in strategic planning and regional leadership initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in municipal water/wastewater infrastructure, including treatment, conveyance, and pumping systems
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
