We are seeking a mid-level associate with a robust background in financial services, securities, and complex financial transactions to contribute to our Litigation Practice Group. This position offers a hybrid work option, combining both remote and in-office work for optimal flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic management and day-to-day tasks of case handling from inception to trial preparation.
• Lead cases through discovery phases, including attending depositions, settlement conferences, and hearings.
• Draft and prepare motions, discovery responses, and comprehensive client reports.
• Contribute to trial preparation efforts, encompassing strategy development, records review, client and witness interviews.

Qualifications:

• Possession of an Ohio law license is required.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in litigation practice, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
• Demonstrated experience in taking and defending depositions.
• Exemplary analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
