Support the planning and execution of technical projects (focus on electrical, automation, and facility systems).
Install, repair, and commission equipment including pumps, motors, wiring, and control systems.
Perform fabrication, welding, and basic machining for repairs and modifications.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues; perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Conduct inspections and maintain accurate records of equipment performance
Coordinate contractors and vendors during installations or facility upgrades.
Provide general support to ensure the workplace remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Qualifications:
5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or facility environment.
Extensive hands-on experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical, electrical, fabrication, troubleshooting).
Experience with electrical wiring, diagrams, and installation.
Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Effective communication skills for training, documentation, and collaboration across teams.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
Ability to interact well with all levels of personnel, contractors, and customers.
