Job Overview:

HMR Veterans Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Veterans skilled nursing facility in Tyler, TX. This role is an exceptional opportunity for a mission-driven leader who is passionate about serving those who have served our country. The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, leadership, and operation of the community, ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Key Qualifications:
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) as Licensed Administrator in a Skilled Nursing/Longterm Care nursing home.
  • Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator's license in the State of Texas.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the Veterans skilled nursing facility in full compliance with federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.
  • Ensure the highest quality of resident care through effective leadership, oversight, and continuous performance improvement.
  • Lead and support interdisciplinary teams to promote collaboration, accountability, and resident-centered care.
  • Foster a culture of excellence that reflects honor, respect, and commitment to the unique needs of Veterans.
  • Maintain a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • Enhance operational performance, quality outcomes, and regulatory readiness across the facility.
