Our career opportunity is for a versatile person to fulfill dual roles of dispatching, route management for 8-10 delivery drivers daily and assisting with dock to dock warehouse duties such as stocking, pulling, order fulfillment, inventory, loading/unloading trucks - all pieces are automotive parts. You will work within the landscape of the auto dealership. We are located in Tyler Texas 75709 zip code. This is an immediate hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Compensation: $18.00 to $21.00/hr. depending on experience. Potential for growth opportunities down the road.

Schedule: Monday to Friday | Hours: 5:00 am to 9:00 am.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Parts Director, this position will Dispatch auto parts delivery drivers on-time, manage/monitor deliveries/pick-ups to ensure on-time and successful delivery execution for each order, data entry, inventory, pull/stock parts orders, engage in driver communication and other duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee multiple drivers
• Customer service/phone and email responses back to clients and customers
• Dispatching
• Warehouse responsibilities - receiving and sorting freight
• Route management and dispatching
• Must have the ability to work alone or with small team and complete tasks as necessary

Qualifications:
• 2-5 years in management of drivers
• Route dispatching
• A leader
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent problem solving skills
• You must have a desire to learn and a desire to win.
• Must be able to pass background check.
