• Team: Work alongside 7 Physicians and 3 APCs and have an established panel of patients
• Physician-led Organization: Dyad leadership model empowers clinical leadership and decision-making

• Size: Over 1500 Physicians and APCs in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Arkansas

Position Highlights

• Work Type: Full-Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1/2 day of admin time)
• Patient Volume: 18-20 patients per day
• Facility: Modern clinic with access to ER, Radiology, & full-service Lab
• Technology: AI-integrated services streamline documentation and enhance patient care
• EMR: Epic in both inpatient and outpatient settings
