Of a Feed Mill Transportation Supervisor is to oversee the scheduling, delivery, and retrieval of poultry feed through subordinate Feed Delivery Supervisors, review driver loads ensuring consistent and equitable load dispatch, data entry, equipment upkeep, and delivery of safety training. Job Responsibilities. Partnering with Feed Mill Manager, establish and follow programs to efficiently haul, deliver, and reclaim feed to ensure sufficient feed is available to grow out as required and reclaimed when overage reported. Oversee feed loads dispatched by Feed Delivery Supervisors to subordinate truck drivers to ensure correct feed formula is transported or reclaimed; review, research, and reconcile tickets; report anomalies to Feed Mill Manager.
