Job Title: Hospitality Coordinator

Reports To: Executive Campus Experience Director

WORK SUMMARY

The Hospitality Coordinator leads the Hospitality Team to ensure that the Mission and Vision of Life Fellowship are met in a way that glorifies God.

JOB ACTIVITIES

  1. Schedule all Team Players, Captains, and Coaches in Planning Center for the Weekend Worship Experience.
    1. Ensure all Weekend Worship Experiences and any extra Hospitality events are fully staffed.
  2. Perform a Monthly review of Weekend Services to evaluate Team Players, Captains and Coaches.
  3. Meet Bi-annually with Team Coaches to ensure they are operating their teams to Life Fellowship Standards.
  4. Lead an Annual Hospitality Team Meeting.
  5. Quarterly review Hospitality and Café operations to ensure effective and efficient operation.
  6. Perform a weekly inventory of supplies on hand and dispose of expired items.
    1. Place a weekly order of supplies needed.
  7. Be present on campus for all food service deliveries or schedule volunteers to receive and restock deliveries.
  8. Order food and coordinate Staff lunches every Tuesday.
  9. Order food and coordinate TFAC Coaching Group lunches as necessary.
  10. Staff baristas for Ladies Bible Study every Thursday morning while in session.
  11. Other activities as assigned.
  12. Ensure that the Chandler Campus Hospitality Team is staffed and has all needed items for their Weekend Worship Experience.


ANNUAL GOALS
  1. Ensure that an annual budget assigned by your Direct Report does not exceed the budgetary goals set.
  2. Add a minimum of 10 new Hospitality Team Members.
  3. Improve the quality of service in the Café using time of service, quality of service and attitude of volunteers as markers.
  4. Evaluate Team Players, Team Captains, and Team Coaches using the Leadership Development Plan.
  5. Work with Team Players, Captains and Coaches to develop their Leadership potential using the Leadership Development Plan.
  6. Develop and initiate creative strategies for Hospitality growth in line with the vision of Life Fellowship and the Executive Team.


QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
  • Be a member of the church fulfilling the duties as outlined in the church's Bylaws.
  • Fulfill the character and leadership qualifications as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Attend one service each weekend and ensure that all Hospitality Team Members are attending one service each weekend that they are scheduled to serve on the Hospitality Team.
  • Have a Texas Department of State Health Service Food Manager License.
