Job Summary
The Sourcing Coordinator, RPO, assists the Senior Level Recruiters. The Coordinator has cross-functional interaction with our providers and internal AMN departments with duties focused on supporting the recruitment teams.
Job Responsibilities
* Assists with enriching and maintaining candidate profiles.
* Conducts telephone and email correspondence and follows communication guidelines.
* Assists Recruiter with applicant screening, qualification, and validation of provider skills and credentials.
* Coordinates, facilitates, and assists with presentation packages, including follow-up.
* Prepares and composes correspondence/email campaigns to candidates through effective oral and written communication.
* Assists in handling ongoing provider availability, including possible constant and last-minute changes, with client schedule.
* Partners with Recruitment in varying capacities, special projects, and any supporting tasks to ensure candidate needs are met.
* Assists with candidate onboarding and follow-up activities, e.g. First Day instructions, client orientation details, check-ins, etc.
* Completes, sends, and ensures the execution of the Confirmation Letter process, to include accuracy of provider information.
* Conducts follow-ups on behalf of internal customers and partners, as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Years of Experience
* High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience
Additional Experience
* Experience in sales, recruiting, or customer service capacity
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
* Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
* Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

Pay Rate
$21.00 - $25.00 Hourly
Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
