Provides armed security on assigned Company properties. Performs uniformed security shift work and assists with investigations as directed by management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provides armed physical security and at assigned locations. Assists with security training and internal investigations. Monitors safety and security equipment and processes. Assists with providing on-site training for newly assigned security officers. Responsible for filling position vacancies/working flexible shifts due to scheduling conflicts. Responsible for the use, maintenance of, and response to security alarms and other security systems at distribution centers. Monitors and controls vehicular and pedestrian access and traffic at non-retail locations. Complies with state and private security and safety regulations.
