UT Health Tyler, the flagship hospital of the system, has 502 licensed beds specializing in advanced acute care medicine. Our hospital includes a 24-hour ER with Level 1 trauma center, a comprehensive stroke center, more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups.
Responsibilities
The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience posting payments and charge entry.
Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required.
Patient record documentation skills.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
