NOW HIRING: Warehouse Order Selectors

Location: Tyler, TX
Shift: 7:00 AM - Until Job Completion (8-11 hour days)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: $16.50-$17.00/hr (with raise after conversion)

Are you experienced in warehouse work and ready to join a fast-paced, high-energy team? We're hiring Order Selectors for a busy warehouse in Tyler, TX!

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pull products from storage to fulfill customer orders
- Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met
- Prepare, organize, and stage items for shipment
- Work closely with the team to meet daily order and production goals
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Be flexible and adapt to shifting priorities or order changes
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse/order pulling experience required
- MUST KNOW HOW TO OPERATE A RIDER PALLET JACK
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand, walk, and lift throughout an 8-11 hour shift
- Excellent communication and adaptability
