The Role Overview
In your role as a Project Engineer Specialist, you will be an essential support to our project team, focusing on scheduling, documentation, quality assurance, safety, and coordination. You will primarily work on-site, collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, and Superintendent to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving approach will be critical in managing project documentation, effective communication, and supporting safety and quality initiatives.

Physical Requirements
The position requires the ability to twist, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, and climb stairs and ladders occasionally, as well as walk across uneven terrain. Depth perception is essential for navigating construction hazards and awareness of audible warnings from moving equipment is crucial for safety. The role entails standing for long periods, potentially up to seven hours of an eight-hour shift, and may involve lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
