Lead planning, coordination, and execution of data governance initiatives

Manage capital budgets and track project progress

Facilitate PI planning, epic prioritization, and sprint ceremonies

Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks

Support and coach Agile teams, ensuring timely delivery of value

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to align on priorities and expectations

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of project management experience

Strong knowledge of:

Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and hybrid project methodologies

Project planning, delivery, and risk management

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Engineers, Developers, Analysts, QA)

Proficiency in:

Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Jira and ServiceNow Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or Computer Science (Master's preferred)

PMP, Agile, SAFe, or Scrum Master certifications

Experience in data governance or analytics environments

Understanding of data governance frameworks and strategies null
